I had a pleasant stay. Would love to stay at this hotel again in the future.

The breakfast was fair enough. Excellent location; staffs were courteous and helpful.

The bathroom at Rm. 204 is inconvenient as water readily spread to the rest of the bathroom floor. The pillows were too bulky and uncomfortable.

Fersal Malakas: good location, value for money

I LOVED the location, especially if you like 24/7 fast food. It's safe, convenient, and normally quiet. It's near convenient stores (Watson's, Southstar Drug) and banks too. Our room had a window and I appreciate that (because I like morning light). Value for money, considering it's QC and the rate of other hotels in similarly good locations. We had a room with no breakfast - but we bought one on our last day. I would recommend just buying breakfast instead of getting the free option that comes with the room as it's reasonably priced and delicious (get the Calumpit longganisa).

There wasn't a lot of space in the bathroom for my toiletries. There's also no hair dryer. There is a water dispenser in the hallway, BUT I would prefer complimentary bottled water in the room. There were a few ants in the room, but nothing serious.

Good for a 2-3 star hotel.

It was near to my work. The staff were accommodating including the guards and reception staff.

Overall our stay was comfortable. Nice approachable staffs.

It’s location. It’s near in hospitals, restaurants and stores. mode of transportation was easy.

Wifi connection was slow, television channels were limited. In the bathroom water was draining too slow that it cause flooding in the area. Towels have dirt stains on it.

A Convenient Accommodation

I like the drinking water station in every floor of the hotel as it is very convenient. Breakfast was good. The place is within walking distance to several restaurants and convenience stores. There is a computer and internet rental across the street. Also there are a lot of taxis that pass by the street of the hotel which is a great plus.

While it was quiet during my stay, I found out while I was getting water at the corridor that there was no sound proofing as I could hear the music playing inside my room.

Joya's Stay

The Bed is Cozy and the room Airconditioner is Cold. We were out the whole day before we check in and we did choose to stay there because it was walking distance from the City hall. And the moment we turned on the aircon it was cold asap. Their Aircon was way Better than Golden Pheonix Hotel.

I didn't like the Bathroom. To be Honest it did not pass my standard. To be exact usually Bathrooms in Hotels have enough bathroom essential for 2 People before we checked in. But they don't have it prepared. We called on the Reception to Asked for Towels, Trash bin and they don't have bath Mat. They Used Shower Curtain as Division instead of shower Glass Enclosure which is okay but my point is atleast they could have provided bath Mat. Since after you showet it's sleepery. We were really tired that day and didn't bother to call again for it. And another thing after showering we could have used sleepers but they don't have it also. Over all considering the price we paid it is Good.
